How long does healing take?
Small crusts usually fall off after 5 to 7 days. So plan the treatment so that you have no important appointments during this time.
Is the Plasma Pen suitable for every skin type?
Not for everyone. Caution is needed with very dark skin types or a tendency to pigmentation. We discuss this beforehand.
What do I need to bear in mind afterwards?
Don’t scratch off the crusts, use sun protection consistently and gentle skincare. We discuss detailed care and aftercare instructions with you on site and give them to you to take home.
Can the Plasma Pen replace eyelid surgery?
For mild to moderate hooded eyelids, the Plasma Pen is a gentle alternative to surgery for many people. If the excess skin is very pronounced, we tell you honestly when surgery makes more sense.
How are skin tags and milia removed?
They are removed with pinpoint precision using the Plasma Pen. A small crust forms, which falls off by itself after a few days.
